Refund/Exchange Policy

Due to the intimate nature of the product line, returning a product is not possible. However, in the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged product, send an email to tracy@tracypaplow.com within 14 days of receipt to receive a duplicate replacement item. Sorry, no merchandise credit can be issued.

Defective Item & Warranty Policy

Toys and Position Aid (straps and such) come with at least a 1 year manufacturer warranty.  If you find your items is not longer working as designed, breaks or malfunctions during this time period, send an email to tracy@tracypaplow.com with a complete description of the issue and the name of the product, so I can facilitate the replacement of the item.  Sorry, no merchandise credit can be issued.
