“I believed that working harder was the answer…”
Coming from the corporate world, as a CPA for a large public firm, Tracy was conditioned to believe that working a ton of hours was the only way to rise up and succeed. She worked in a world that men ruled and as a female, was constantly pushed to excel to even get noticed. She was trying to balance being a wife, a mother and a high-performing employee and she was exhausted, but she kept working harder and harder. Tracy even invested in a tanning salon and hoped that by owning a retail store on the side, she would begin to see the big bucks roll in. However, no matter how much income she was producing, the constant stress of balancing her personal and family life along a professional career, was just too much…

Then, on a Saturday morning at her tanning salon, Tracy was introduced to a company that would be the catalyst to change her world. Having never heard of Pure Romance before, Tracy became curious and decided to give this business of direct sales a try. “I never thought that doing a home show for a few hours, a couple times a week, would turn into a lucrative career.” Today, you will find Tracy far from the corporate world, but instead celebrating adult parties and building her Pure Romance business from her home. She is a true entrepreneur who is surrounded by a fabulous team of ladies who call themselves the Determined Divas.

Tracy’s journey over the last two decades has not been a walk in the park. She has endured many of the curve balls that life throws at us, including divorce, bankruptcy, infidelity, repossession, death, and even being let go from her job with only 24 hour notice. However, the one consistent and stable part of Tracy’s life was always her Party Business. “I felt like I was always the boss and when I worked my party business, it paid me dividends!” Tracy understands the challenges and hurdles that face many women today, and she is passionate about helping other women find balance and create their own strong economy that endures.
